Haleakala Shores in South Kihei on the Maui Riviera

     This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1100 sf condo is located directly overlooking the pool in a lush, tropical setting. It offers all the amenities of a premier vacation destination.   See the map at the bottom of this page for the location.
     Large shoji screens divide the second bedroom from the living area making it a large, bright living space. There is carpet throughout with tile floors in the bathrooms and kitchen.
     There is high speed Internet access. There are two 42" Sony VEGA HD TV's, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. It has comfortable, light, leather furniture in the living room and a Hawaiian style oak dining table that will seat 6. There is air-conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom with fans in the master and 2nd bedroom. It has two full bathrooms and has covered parking.
     It sleeps up to 5, with a Simmons Beautyrest World Class Exceptional king sized bed for the maximum in comfort in the master bedroom.   Lovely shoji screens separate the second bedroom from the living area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed. It has cable TV, 2 fans, air conditioning, washer/dryer, beach furniture and toys, all linens, CD/DVD players, full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, all dishes, utensils, etc.
     It is directly across the street from Kamaole III, one of the premier beaches of Maui. You can enjoy a morning swim in the ocean with excellent snorkeling and uncrowded conditions.   Just down the road is the Kihei Boat Harbor with boats available for excursions to the many turtle beaches and to Molokini, one of the best dive spots in the world.
     And after a day at the beach enjoy a swim in the luxurious pool and have a pool side BBQ dinner right outside your door. It is directly above the pool with a secluded tile lanai this is a perfect place to "feel at home" and relax. It is within close walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Take an easy walk to breakfast or sit out on your patio and enjoy the Maui morning. Activities close by include swimming, snorkeling, diving, shopping at the Rainbow Mall two blocks away, Kalama Village for souvenirs, or upscale shopping at the Shops of Wailea.
     Activities include swimming, shopping, restaurants, waterskiing, snorkeling/diving, windsurfing, biking, fishing, hiking, sightseeing, sailing, boating, surfing, sunbathing, whale watching and more. Wailea Golf Course is about a mile away and Maui offers championship courses.
     Our complex does not allow pets. And no smoking. It is handicapped accessible and the condo is one level.

               Prices:
December 15 thru April 15: $125 per night
April 16 thru December 14: $99 per night
4 night minimum stay
$100 cleaning fee
11.42% Hawaii hotel tax
10% discount on stays 30 days or longer.

Moose McGillycuddys is just 2 blocks away and has a wonderful early bird dinner special.
Fred's Mexican style food is just below in the same building and is a local favorite.
Maui Tacos is 3 blocks away and is good, affordable food.
Cafe O Lei has a nice, affordable brunch and is in the Rainbow Mall.
The Five Palms at the Mana Kai, just 3 blocks to the south, has a nice early bird special and is directly over the water.
